Is the R5 7600X3D worth getting without getting a dedicated gou for maybe 3-5 months?

Compared to what? It is a good CPU but the iGPU is too slow for most games. If your budget is tight look for a used GPU, even a $60 GTX 1060 6GB is 4-5x faster. Use it for a few months, resell for only $10-20 loss.
Alright I'll think about this one, the problem is I still didn't bought the ram the psu, the storage the cooling. Only bought a case and a mobo 🤦🏻😂
I'll take a look thanks 🙏🏻
You can watch roundups on youtube to see what's playable with only the AM5 iGPU.
It mostly might just depend on how much you want the PC just for gaming? If not having powerful graphics for games and still being able to have a PC would matter then go for it
Sure, just play some retro games for now. Chrono Trigger is $15 on Steam.
Desktop Ryzen chips only get a cut down graphics core (AMD has stated previously it's only there as a fallback) https://www.techpowerup.com/review/amd-ryzen-5-9600x/22.html Given what you've purchased already I'd toss around and see what's on runout locally (might be able to use an AM4/LGA1700 combo) and throw a mid lower end card into it. Should give you faster performance either way.
Get an APU with no GPU and wait until Zen 6 and RDNA/UDNA 6 GPUs come out next year to get a dedicated CPU and GPU
I mean, you can do a fair bit of gaming in that 3-5 months, but we're talking barely 60 fps at 1080 or 720p Low in stuff anything can play like Fortnite, League of Legends, Forza, Rocket League. More likely a good experience to fire up turn based stuff, indies, and classics for that time.
If you need a new pc without dgpu now, sure.
