GPU Recommendation for this build

Hi, I have been building and upgrading my main rig and my kids Minecraft rig. I also don't know how to turn down a good deal. So, I've ended up with the listed parts here. I'm debating making a 3rd rig. I don't need it necessarily but with the outlook on pricing for the next year I'm thinking of buying a GPU to finish it off. I'm just at a loss as to what to pout in it. My current rigs are a 9900x/9070XT and a 9850x3D/5080. if i put something in this to have or maybe sell in the future, my budget is $750. so, what goes well with these parts that would play some games but hold its value if things go crazy. 9700x is still a strong CPU still plus you have 32 gigs of ram and an 850 psu. You could do another 9070xt frankly or maybe a 5070 on the nvidia side for $750.
yeah, the cpu is kinda of the max the motherboard can support with gimping the cpu which is why i replaced the motherboard for my other rig. Everything in the list i already own and wouldnt have to buy. I have a sama PSU listed but its actually an OEM Highpower F12S rated B+ on the PSU tierlist. Is that still worth replacing? So a 9070XT makes more sense here than a 5070?
yeah my local microcenter has an open box gigabyte gaming OC 5070 for $612 that im debating on. Or i can spend $669 on a 9070XT reaper. i just dont know what makes the most sense if i end up selling this due to non use.
I would trust a reputable OEM PSU. 9070 XT has more VRAM and is 1 performance tier above the RTX 5070 in rasterized gaming, same tier in ray tracing. RTX 5070 is only worth buying if $75-100 cheaper.
nvidia sells a lot faster but you could prob get an extra 100 or so for a 9070 xt build
RX 9070 XT would make sense for $700-750. I would get a power supply from a reputable brand. This is the worst time possible to build a new PC. PS, swap that 9700X for a 7500X3D/7600X3D if possible. Cheaper with higher performance in games.
9070/9070XT
