2016 Kia Soul 2.0 brake pads are running low. I plan on getting the PowerStop Z23 Ceramic pads on the front and rear. Based on how my rotors look should I spring for the full Z23 Brake Pad kit? My steering wheel does not shake when braking downhill on the highway so the rotors are not warped.

I would still change it slotted rotors are not good especially if ur on a budget u can resurface non slotted rotors in a O'Reilly
Rotors have a specific width that needs to be measured to determine how much life is left. Not really something you can just "eyeball" through your rim.
