I have ironed out a majority of the items for my micro bakery/pastry business, but still a bit confused on the label for my goods. All I've come across has been to put the disclaimer of a home kitchen not subject to inspection, Allergens, business name, date and then something about the address or registration number. I'm unsure of which is it??? Any advice on this endeavor is much appreciated. I am a bit hesitant to use my current address due to safety concerns.

Thank you! I'll check it out! Also, question: what do you mean by inspection from licensing authorities? As far as I'm aware, I wouldn't be subject to inspections under the Texas Cottage Food Law by the government, unless I misunderstood.
Checked whether you need the food handler certification? Sometimes those certifications are required when you apply for business insurance.
Confirm that you dont need an inspection from the licensing authorities. Check whether a virtual mailbox will suit you. All the best
