[Corolla 2022] Newbie question: is this battery corrosion? I am seeing what appears to be some wet area on the battery? It's been raining here, so I don't know if that's just water? Thanks.

Somebody sprayed anti-corrosion liquid/gel on the terminals, nothing to worry about.
Nope. In fact, someone sprayed anti-corrosion on the battery terminals to prevent that.

No, no visible corrosion. Your battery and engine bay look immaculate i really wouldnt be worried at all.
looks like water sitting on top more than actual corrosion, the terminals look pretty clean from what i can see. wipe it dry and check if it comes back, if it does then maybe the battery case has a tiny crack somewhere but that's less common on newer cars
