Is this a Good parts list for my first PC? What can I change to improve it to get to my budget?

I'm learning blender and already do 3D and 2D drawing/animation, but I also want to be able to play games on it comfortably. I'd like to do 1080p or above considering Hi-res textures on blender but I just want to be able to comfortably edit decently complicated models without exploding (This is my first PC and I'm coming from an ancient lenovo yoga which I got for free 2nd hand off of a friend which ive been using for a *very* long time, ive been forced to do basically any work on the computers on campus which are survivable but still not great). I've gone onto Curry's and built something which I thought would be decent through my own research but I'm quite alot over budget coming out to £1,632 with 32GB RAM, and £1,452 with 16GB. especially because I want to preferably have 32Gb of RAM over 16GB because of blenders' recommended specs. The ryzen 5 7800X3D seemed like a really good chip for the price. I'd like to purchase it through Curry's because of their financing options, but it limits me on what options I have for things like RAM. I am definitely open to buying parts elsewhere and also assembling the PC myself if it means I get more for my money. Any advice or better options available would be greatly appreciated. :] - Idiot newbie

Thanks a ton, what is the difference between the 9600X and X3D chip apart from price? Probably could be solved by a Google search but humans are nicer than Ai overviews.
Absolutely! X3D means it has more L3 cache, a lot more. Makes it really good for gaming, because having a bigger amount of it helps boost frame rate and reduce stutter. Think of it as kind of like ram that exists in your CPU so the game doesn’t have to even make the “trip” over to the ram to access certain info. The regular x chips though can usually clock higher and are better for mixed use such as what you are planning to do. For the most part X3D chips are only beneficial for gaming. This is not to say X3D chips are bad for productivity, but for this particular use case I see more benefit coming from something like the 9600x!
AM5 is premium, your budget isn't. Outside of gaming, a 14400F goes toe to toe with a 7500X3D, but it supports DDR4 and DDR5 so we can get 32GB RAM in your budget easily: https://www.cpubenchmark.net/compare/7041vs5837/AMD-Ryzen-5-7500X3D-vs-Intel-i5-14400F In gaming a 7500X3D is superior, but the most important component is the graphics card. Here's a good gaming benchmark for perspective: https://www.techspot.com/articles-info/3021/bench/Average-1440-p.webp Any -60 GPU is too weak for these CPU arguments to matter. A -70 tier GPU gives about a 30-50% performance improvement which should be the first step, the CPU is the second step. In Blender you're getting a stronger CPU outside gaming, 32GB RAM, and Nvidia GPU, and 50% more vRAM with way better rendering performance. Also should I be worried about CPU bottlenecking with the 14400F with the 5070?
Sounds quite overpriced. I do not think you need an X3D chip, particularly if you won't be gaming or won't be doing much gaming. For productivity work a regular x will be fine, such as a ryzen 5 9600x. Through PC part picker I made this: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/WRwKh9 32 gb ram, 9600x, and I swapped out the 5060 with a 5060ti. Comes out at 1274, which is quite a bit cheaper than the quoted 16gb build. There is enough wiggle room to upgrade the case if you want or get an AIO and still be under budget with 32gb of ram. Edit: Did some more research, 9600x is a lot better for productivity. Really wouldn't say the X3D is worth it but with the money you save by building it yourself, you could still decide to go with that 7500X3D option.
