Yes, you’ll need to take it somewhere to get the system evacuated and refilled unless you know someone that happens to have a recovery machine.

Best way to confirm which one is shitting the bed is to use either a really long flat head screwdriver or go get the stethoscope from harbor freight. Put the business end on the bolt or center of the pulley and listen. It’ll be very apparent which it is. It does look like the a/c compressor pulley is a bit wobbly though.cant say for sure if it’ll last a while or not but I’d be getting it diagnosed and fixed asap.
