I need help diagnosing my car. I have a 2017 sport SE Honda Accord that when you cut the wheel in reverse with the lights on and off with the lights, it turns to 12.1 from 13.25 this was after I replaced the alternator which ran at 14.5 V, which was normal, but the acceleration issues have started in again and the issue I just described in the beginning is what the current situation is now I’ve replaced two solenoids and the whole tune spark plugs, along with the alternator and the voltage meter that we figured that was the problem. Does anyone have a possible diagnosis there are no codes and I noticed the gear shaft had a big knot and it went from switching to sport to regular feeling like it was fixing a jammed gear, but the voltage is absolutely garbage. Seems like she slipped when a driver. Any ideas?

sounds like the voltage drop is a symptom not the cause, that knot on the gear shaft is probably your real gremlin if the transmission is physically binding up it'll drag the engine down and make the alternator work harder
