Hi! I've been using the same Hamilton SPF 50+ Everyday Face Cream for like 4 years without changing anything up, and I've always had some stubborn acne that won't go away. For context I have PCOS/PMOS and have pretty bad cystic acne, and I find that my skin is really sensitive to a lot of products. I also use tretinoin and live in Australia, which means a lot of the lighter Asian products won't be strong enough for the UV here. I pretty much always wear makeup when I go out, so it also needs to sit well under foundation. Anyone have recommendations?

How long does the LRP last for you, it only comes in the 50ml right? I'm moving out soon and I need to start budgeting a bit more so I don't want to try and love a new sunscreen just for it to cost $35 every month to replace
usually about 6 weeks but I could get it to 8 if I was more careful.
Well, since you're using tretinoin and live in Australia, I'd stick with something that has strong UV protection. I've had good luck with La Roche-Posay Anthelios Invisible Fluid SPF50+ because it sits nicely under makeup and didn't make my breakouts worse. Cancer Council Face Day Wear SPF50+ is a good one too that's more affordable. If your skin is really sensitive, you gotta try patch testing first because everyone reacts differently. I know cystic acne can be frustating, but hopefully you find something that works without feeling greasy or causing more pimples. Definately don't skip sunscreen while using tret.
I also love LRP Anthelios - it’s been a winner at not aggravating flare ups or acne.

I've had good luck with Haruharu Wonder (yellow container). The downside for me is buying on Amazon and the largest size is 1.69 fl. oz. I've tried LRP and no luck.
