Started a website a month back and new to SEO. I'm facing some challenges keeping a track of unserved pages on GSC. A lot of pages serve on GS for a while like 4-5 days and stop getting impressions. How do you keep a track of these kinds of pages? Does this happen initially or does it happen every time? It's manually really hard to keep a track of every page; how can I keep a track with some automation? A lot of people say that there is no intent for those pages but Semrush says there is traffic

You mean like this? https://www.reddit.com/r/SEO/comments/1ved1fv/has_anyone_built_a_free_serp_report_using_aillms/

Not really, what you're referring to is at keyword level. What I'm concerned about is that the page is indexable and shows no error however it also isn't getting impressions. I get to know when my impressions dip because of this as checking page level data is tedious and time consuming.

Pages were impressions <10 over 90 days is one way

Pages losing impressions after a few days of serving is often Google crawling/indexing them, deciding they're not differentiated enough from similar content, and quietly deprioritizing them without fully deindexing. For tracking, GSC's Coverage/Indexing report is the manual route, but you can pull Search Analytics + URL Inspection data via the GSC API into a spreadsheet or Looker Studio dashboard to flag drops automatically instead of checking by hand. On the "no intent but Semrush shows traffic" point — take that with a grain of salt, since third-party tools often show estimated traffic based on ranking position and keyword volume, not actual clicks that page is getting, so it can overstate opportunity GSC will never confirm.

Normally, all I do is take a look at the Pages report in the GSC. It has become the easiest means for me to monitor which pages are not indexed, and usually why.

Have you tried automating the search console api to your dashboard ?

I'd start simpler than building custom automation: filter Search Console by query and watch which ones are actually dropping off vs just plateauing, that alone tells you a lot before adding tooling. Once you want it running without manually checking every day, there are tools built on top of the GSC API (Composway and SEOGets are two I've used) that let you set up a filtered view once and just check the alerts instead of digging through the report yourself. On the Semrush point, I wouldn't trust that traffic number for a page that isn't getting impressions, it's usually modeled off keyword volume and ranking position rather than what your specific page is actually pulling in GSC.

There’s literally a tab that shows you your indexed/non-indexed pages; if you’re taking about ranking/visibility decline, just look at clicks/impressions on the pages you want to track.
