It's a little expensive...
Nah, I wouldn't. Paid comment services drop your product into threads through accounts with no standing in those subs, and it gets removed before anyone reads it. Reddit also has been working hard to reduce comment spam and they've done a really good job of it. There's a low chance those comments stick for the long haul.
