If that’s your current pc specs I’d be very surprised if you actually need to upgrade anything unless you’re trying to move to 4k ultra everything, What’s the problem with your current pc?
i mostly play story games and it’s often that i get a warning that my gpu is out of order at limit of vram
Worth just changing the gpu and selling your current one then . Even a 5070ti would be a noticeable improvement and decent value, if you didn’t want to premium for the 5080
