I have one credit card that isn't functioning with Paze as a checkout method. Five work, one does not. It's showing up as a card to pay with, but checkout doesn't function. When I'm checking out in my browser (e.g. New Egg), I press pay and the Paze pop-up goes away and the order doesn't go through (I try again and change the card, and it does). It's a Chase Freedom Card that's been open a long time. When I tried this same card via Paze + Dunkin, I got an error. The five other cards I have are working across merchants. Has anyone run into this and is there a solution? If seeking customer service, would I call Paze, or Chase? Edit with Fix: Using the Chase Android app, there was a setting where I could remove this card from Paze. I removed, and then re-added, and it is working!

Have you used that card to pay online recently? It seems to be a requirement enforced by Chase.
I have, at least in the last 2-3 months. Not online shopping but misc. things (Tolls, Phone Bill, Uber).
I found where within the Chase app I could remove, and then re-add, this card to Paze. I'll try the card again for my next Paze purchase!

Try adding it through Chase directly as a digital card. May have to remove and then add again.
If the vendor has an "app", use it. Some vendors, the promo only works with the app.
