Looking for an app to manage group contributions and expenses

Has anyone used an app for managing a group fund where only one person is in charge of everything? I'm looking for an app that lets one person manage contributions for multiple members. Each member contributes a fixed amount every time we meet, and I want the app to automatically: - Track each person's payments - Show who hasn't contributed - Calculate the total collected - Keep a payment history for each member - Deduct expenses from the total balance automatically Basically, I want to manage the entire group's funds from one account instead of having everyone use the app individually. Any recommendations?
