There are some visitors who only ever come to my store through Google Shopping ads. I have two specific users who have visited the same product page multiple times, always through Shopping ads, from different locations. They don’t interact with the page at all > they click, stay for one or two seconds, and then leave. This has happened repeatedly, which makes me suspect they might be bots or spam clicks. Then there are other visitors who also come through ads two or three times, but they actually scroll around and interact with the page. I can see their activity in Microsoft Clarity, so they appear to be genuine users. What surprises me is that these repeat visitors never return organically. They only ever come back through another Shopping ad again and again. Is this normal behavior, or should I consider some of these repeat visitors to be spam or bot traffic?

the ones bouncing in 1-2 secs with zero interaction from different locations are almost certainly bots or click fraud, worth excluding those specific patterns in google ads and reporting as invalid click if it's costing you spend. the ones actually scrolling and engaging are just normal shoppers who haven't converted yet, people often need multiple ad touches before buying so coming back through ads instead of organic isn't unusual, especially if your brand isn't well known yet
How do i report click fraud?
click fraud form's under "tools&settings" in google ads, or just flag it to your rep if you have one
It’s also possible these people are using a vpn, simply misclicked. Who knows. It happens.

Two users? Honestly this is not even an issue at this point. You’re going to have bounces and bad traffic- especially with ai scraper bots and google ai or display campaigns.
Reporting it will do nothing - Google relies on click fraud to hit their revenue targets. You're only going to get a copy and paste response pretending there's no bots. You need to put competent click fraud protection on your landing page.
The 1-2 second bounces from different locations do sound like bots or click fraud, the first commenter is probably right on that. The repeat visitors who are actually scrolling and engaging are a different story though. That seems pretty normal. A lot of people comparison shop and come back through ads because that's just how they found you the first time. If your brand isn't top of mind yet they're not going to type your URL in directly, they'll just click the ad again.
not even visitors dude, spiders / bots and ai checking things, AI can visit 20 websites in 5 seconds and pull information directly
