Flat Roof Ceiling / Supplies needed ?
Flat Roof / Leaking 71” wide 54” Deep Entrance to the basement, what is there now is Plywood, some sort of roof tar & rolled shingles and I am guessing I need something similar. I am open to new ideas, materials etc.. Thanks !

Peel it down to bare wood and with anything less than 4:12 pitch, cover the whole thing in peel & stick ice and water shield (GAF WeatherWatch). You can put rolled roofing over the top of this. If the flat roof meets another part of the roof/fascia/wall, you can flash the seams, and run the ice & water shield up to create an impenetrable seam.

You're welcome - go slow with this stuff. Though you aren't covering a huge area, I'd recommend trying to install when it's moderate temperature outside, and use a roller or something smooth to make it adhere. After it goes through a couple of heat cycles, it will bond directly to the wood.
