My PC turns on and then turns off for 1-2 seconds then turns back on

i5 14400 RTX 5050 16x1 Corsair Vengeance DDR5 5200MHz Gigabyte B760M GAMING 750W PSU (I don't remember the name of the PSU) So the thing is I enabled XMP(which I think is the main culprit for this) and ReBar and this is me writing this after my second boot after I had completely cut off power from the wall socket and then booted up again, my PC turned on (The RGB lights and the fans were on) and then it turned off, after like 1-2 seconds, it turned on again and booted up normally I don't think there is a problem with the other components other than the RAM because after I turned on XMP it was running at 5200MHz but causing this double boot thing. I just need advices on whether I should keep XMP on and if this is normal. Also please excuse my bad english im not a native speaker
