Hello I bought really nice quality (I think it is lol) furniture on Facebook MP and when I picked it up in person the paint job was honestly not good. I’ve decided to strip all the paint and I’m just going to stain the wood. Me and my friend have been STRUGGLING to remove the paint. At first I used citrus strip and then switched to Klean strip and it is working much better. Problem is the furniture has so many curves and details we are having such a hard time removing the paint. I’ve been using acetone which works but I am unsure if it is hurting the wood and it dries up on my rags so quickly when I can see that it needs to be very wet to work fast. I don’t know how to remove the paint in the edges and crevasses please help me I have no idea what I am doing. Also me and my friend believe that the wood looks different from each night stand as if they’re not the same. When I stain it will they look like different colors ?!

Get some picks and small brushes to clean the paint out and the stripper will work better if you can wrap the pieces with something like Saran Wrap which will prevent it from drying too quickly. Just turn on some tunes, get comfortable and take your time.
That part … taking my time lol. Where could I buy these small brushes and picks ?

use jasco stripper, paint it on with cheap brush get some thick rubber gloves and some safety glasses and a bunch of old rags/t shirts remove jasco stripper with plastic paint scraper and 3m abrasive pads. wipe wood clean with rags dipped in paint thinner. repeat as needed
