What does everyone use for their dark eye circles? My injector told me PRP doesn’t really work that well and isn’t worth the money. I’ve been using INNBeauty bright & tight eye cream every day in the morning for the last year and a half, and I like it, but I don’t love it. I’m wanting a skin care, NOT makeup, product that I can put on in the mornings to conceal my dark under eye circles. If it has properties that will make my dark circles go away overtime, great. If not, no worries. My Priority is covering them up when I do my skin care. If there is a laser or treatment that you’ve tried that worked, and you had similar under eyes to me, please let me know!

Part of the reason your experiencing this is because your skin color is fair and thus more transparent, allowing the blood vessels and other things under the skin to be more visible. There's nothing you can really do about this though. You can use either Bakuchiol or retinol to keep that part of the skin from thinning too quickly (which happens naturally with age), but these won't get rid of the problem. I see that your eye product contains Bakuchiol, so that's good. Everything I've read/seen from cosmetic chemists is that this is the hardest skin condition to treat (if not impossible). Apparently there are a lot of medical studies on this using topical skincare and almost none of them work very well except in just a small percentage of people. Topically applied ingredients that can sometimes help lessen dark areas beneath the skin are Vitamin K (Phytonadione) and caffeine, which promote healthy circulation under the skin. Then, separately, Vitamin C. I see that your InnBeauty cream already has Vitamin C and caffeine in it.
you can try some green tea extract eye cream, those are usually good for that
