I'd say go with YouTube or another video platform. Spending on ads may quickly burn your budget if you don't know what you're doing. Instead, you can post as many videos as you'd like to get organic traction. There's a science behind it but most saas companies struggle with video in favor of direct outreach, ads, etc. All of these are good, especially when trying to spread the word faster. So the pace in which you plan to aquire leads dictates the best way to market market a new SaaS. Videos might take time to send potential customers over while ads, if properly targeted, can send you customers from day one, on the other hand.
Nice! Depends where you think your audience is. Would suggest you're going to need a multi channel approach. I cant tell from your post if your customers are the businesses posting jobs or the people applying for them. But yeah, I'd focus on organic and social to try and bring users in.
There is no "best way". You need to find out what works for your usecase I'd say the "best" is cold/warm outreach/DMs at first. Find people that have the problem you are providing a solution for and send them a DM/email, not pitching, just trying to understand their use case. Or offer your product for them to try it out for free for a month for example
