Manual car stalling in neutral

My 2015 Nissan Xterra is not moving and I’m neutral. It just started stalling unless I maintain my foot on the gas. What could this be?

You probably need to clean the throttle body.

Check your codes, see what you got, first thing I'd go to is make sure the MAF sensor is plugged in properly, check air boot, look for vacuum leaks. Hard to tell, there's a lot of things that could cause this, but MAF/vacuum leaks would be my first check.
