Hello! Wanted to see if this was a good price for NE Ohio on a concrete patio removal and pouring a new bigger one. Approx 350-400 sq foot removal of concrete Prep, form and pour 750-800 sq foot at 4” with wire mesh and broom finish. Includes downspout relocating underground and building a 6 foot wide 2 tier step from composite wood. $11k labor and materials all in.

I had 300sq ft in NE ohio for $3500 in May.
Did they do any tear out of old? They also estimated 2027 pricing which I assume would go up
Im not a concrete guy but they should give you a sqft. Price for the job. Mine were $12 per sqft. And that is on the low end. Prepping the site, including removal of concrete is included.
