Anyone else ending up routinely triggering the nanny prompt in ChatGPT about doing things too quickly and wanting you to take a break and come back? I'm doing totally manual things - copying and pasting from the chat window. It's super annoying and disruptive. OpenAI, if you're listening, can you recalibrate whatever criteria is setting this off? It's obviously too sensitive. This causing a problem for anyone else?

Are you a child? Not being snarky, I have just never seen this and was wondering if it's only a thing on accounts under 18 or something
Nope, grown grass adult here, likely older than you, but they don't have grampa accounts
lol. No clue then. Is there anything in your “instructions” that could be misconstrued to prompt this? I only ask because I was going crazy that my ChatGPT was making jokes every other message and when I went to edit it one day I saw a line about how it should joke around. Id put it in there like a year earlier to get the personality to loosen up a bit. I think a random update made that weighted much heavier for whatever reason and suddenly it was trying way too hard. Really weird. I have some long chats with mine and it never suggests taking breaks
I am actually - same man dialog in browser and app
Where is your screenshot?
Are you sure you’re actually using ChatGPT?
