This may be a pipe dream but I’d love to link my emails, calendars, and notes to my projects or tasks in a way that can be shared with others. I work in a team of 5 and it’s a nightmare to get on the same page for each task. When I joined the team we would all reply all in every conversation which is fine if you want to be in the loop but a total waste of time and attention when you’re only relevant 20% of the time.
