He didn’t like using web-based monitor testing tools and wanted a native macOS app that could work completely offline. Comparison: Online Monitor Test and other browser-based tools require an internet connection, may load slowly, and lack a native macOS experience. Screen Test launches instantly, works fully offline, and provides exclusive tools that web-based testers don’t offer, such as dynamic motion blur/ghosting tests, text resolution charts, and customizable sharpness text for more precise display calibration. does it match the refresh rate of whatever display you're testing? would be nice for comparing a 60hz screen with a 120/144hz one.

gonna keep this in my back pocket for the next used mac purchase, dead pixel checking has always been such a pain to do properly with random web tools. offline + native is exactly what this kind of thing needed

This could be useful on Windows as well. Do you have a Windows version.
