WindowBunny - Window Switcher built for trackpad users. [Giveaway]
The Problem: For the last couple of days, I've been working on WindowBunny, which solved a specific problem which I faced. There are no window switchers solely focused on trackpad users. I use trackpad a lot and the existing window switchers focus on keyboard shortcuts, but I found that taking your hands off trackpad just to switch windows felt awkward. The Comparison: BetterTouchTool - BTT can be customized to do this but I wanted to have a tool solely focusing on just this functionality out of the box. C2M - Excellent tool which adds a lot of useful functionalities but doesn’t have multi window specific switching Contexts - UI is a bit outdated and is not in active development Would love to know if there are any other apps that do this The Solution: WindowBunny lets you hop between windows (no pun intended) by swiping down with four fingers. Since this is a super early version, I have limited it to do this single functionality and also lets you configure swipe sensitivity and move the cursor to the app to which the switch happens. Pricing and Link: WindowBunny follows a freemium structure where the free version lets you hop between 5 most recently used windows and the pro version priced $4.99 for 3 devices, unlocks unlimited window tracking. I built this tool for myself to solve a specific problem but I’m not sure if there are others facing the same issue. Since this is a beta version and I love this community, I’m happy to give out free lifetime licenses if anyone is interested. Just send me a DM or comment on the post. The gap is real, Contexts is basically abandoned and BTT is overkill if you only want this one thing. What confuses me is the gesture choice though: four finger swipe down is App Exposé on a default Mac. Do you intercept that, or do users need to turn Exposé off in trackpad settings first? That would be my first stumble as a heavy trackpad user. Side note, the transparency section here is more thorough than most 1.0 launches, privacy policy and roadmap on day one. Respect.
I have been using windowbunny for a few days, and my fav part is the haptic feel while using it. 😍Well executed 👏🏻👏🏻

Hello, I would love a lifetime code for this. Thank you!
wow this looks actually really good. I would like to get a code and try it🤩
I’m currently using Touch-Tab and TabLift to activate (3 fingers on trackpad) and switch between windows. There’s an app here somewhere called Switch or something along the line that gives you a partial preview too. I can’t quite remember the name. I’d like to try yours to see if this is an all-in-one solution. Thanks.
I'd love a lifetime license if still available, will really make my trackpad more useful!
I'd love a lifetime license. I work in journalism and usually have a lotttttt of windows. Window bunny looks like something I'd love to use
