Pasly - Make Cmd+V smarter
Problem Most clipboard managers work like this: Copy Open a clipboard window Search Paste It works. But sometimes it feels disconnected from the actual paste action. You copy something important. Then copy something else. Then press Cmd+V and realize you're about to paste the wrong thing. Comparison I tried apps like Raycast and Maccy. They're great tools, but I wanted clipboard history to appear exactly when I paste. So I built Pasly around Smart Paste. Instead of opening a separate window first: Press Cmd+V See recent clipboard items Choose one Paste No extra shortcut required. What's New Pasly now includes: Smart Paste File Support Multi Copy → Single Paste Field Sense (beta) Search & Favorites Field Sense automatically prioritizes the most relevant clipboard items based on the active field. Pricing Free: 2 pinned items 24h history 20 items 2 files Paid: Unlimited usage Smart Paste / Live Replace and more $4.99 lifetime - (MACAPPSJUN $1 discount, limited to 10 redemptions) no subscription Download Direct => https://pasly.app Apple => https://apps.apple.com/app/pasly/id6760562778 *For the Apple Store, some features are not available due to Apple's app sandbox policy Transparency I’m the developer of Pasly, and I’m building it publicly. Would you rather access clipboard history through a separate hotkey, or directly from Cmd+V?

Does Cmd+V still paste the latest item instantly, or does it always open the picker first? I rely on muscle-memory paste and don't want an extra step on every paste. Also, can Smart Paste ever insert the wrong clipboard item on its own, without me picking it? I'd want a plain Cmd+V to never drop in something I didn't intend.
Interesting, I'd never thought of using something built into cmd v
I'm glad you liked it. Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
the best one of them all due to the neat popup modal and a dedicated hotkey, leaving normal behavior alone if desired. i own it and i am very happy!
One of the first apps I got as a new mac user a few months ago and I use it every single day, a bargain at $5
Coole App!
Interesting. Can it be driven fully via shortcuts?
Im interested but do you have a function like the app Maus to paste one after another? Or can you only paste multiple copys at once?
We don't have the sequential paste feature yet, but it's on our roadmap.
Really cool app, I might give it a try
Wow this is pretty cool Thanks you so much
Just FYI an em-dash is not the same as a minus symbol. $4.99 lifetime - (MACAPPSJUN — $1, limited to 10 redemptions) The above reads like the discount code sets the price to $1, when it actually subtracts $1 from the price. Either use a minus symbol or just say something like "applies $1 discount". It's confusing as it's written
Damn it would be quite useful to me. I sometimes copy multiple items by mistake and can't undo or have paste items. Will try your app this week.
Really happy with this app and you can't go wrong for $5. Finally found a clipboard manager I can use, and not just use, but use quickly without mouse controls or needing to learning new hotkeys. Really impressive u/Dull_Roof3559
Been using Pasly from a while now, recent updates fixed a bug where Pasly would no more show pop up, it is working well for now.
What’s the limitation of the App Store version compare to direct download? I want to try. Usually for the clipboard app I would only buy from AppStore due to security and privacy reason. I would like to know what feature I miss by not getting the AppStore version
Hi 👋 Pasly v.2.4.1 This is not the App Store version (!) Problem with coexisting with voice dictation tools (apps) like SuperWhisper or Snaply. When using one of these apps, Pasly automatically intervenes; it pastes my dictations into its clipboard. I have the text editing app, which is designed for this purpose 😤 I can't find, in its settings, how to disable this intervention. It's really annoying 😒. It forces me to exit Pasly when I'm working in these apps. How do I disable this option so that it doesn't interfere when I'm using voice dictation apps ?
'But sometimes it feels disconnected from the actual paste action. You copy something important. Then copy something else. Then press Cmd+V and realize you're about to paste the wrong thing.' lol wut? ...the 1000th clipboard mannager
*For the Apple Store, some features are not available due to Apple's app sandbox policy What are the features that are not available on the App Store version? Thanks.
Is it possible to select multiple items using only keyboard?
Yes, using Shift + the arrow keys.
Too buggy right now
What types of bugs did you find? Could you inform?
Too bad I can't experience the all-important Smart Paste for free. How many Macs can I use the direct download on?
You can install it on as many Macs as you want, but you can only use the Pro version on two of them, though I'm still reviewing that number.
