Macwhisper support
Has anyone received replies from Jordi lately? I sent him a support request and a follow up, but it's been over a week and I haven't heard anything back so far. That's a bit surprising as he's usually very responsive in my experience.

Consider massive user base of the app, better try reach him in others channels! Great app though!
Done multiple times. 3 emails to different addresses, 1 reddit DM, 1 thread on the MacWhisper sub https://www.reddit.com/r/MacWhisper/comments/1t2wrrr/activation_issue_no_response_from_support/ + a few direct replies to his reddit posts. Nothing. He's active on the sub but straight up ignoring my messages. It's not just me. https://www.reddit.com/r/MacWhisper/comments/1t5ly44/refund_help_my_support_tickets_have_gone_silent/ No idea what the guy's problem is. And I contributed free icons for some of his apps, one he's still using. How nice.
It’s very strange. He should use some AI tools to collect feedback from all channels and perhaps use an openclaw or something similar to address user feedback. shouldn’t ignore the emails.
It’s the norm more than outlier from my perspective. There are still emails I sent last year that he didn’t respond to and Reddit wasn’t any better. He never responded. I just got other apps and noted him down as someone to never purchase anything from,
I contacted in March and June of last year; no response.
Solo devs running popular apps sometimes hit a rough patch with support volume, so a week of silence can just be bad timing. If you end up needing an alternative in the meantime, Dictura is a dictation app for Mac, Windows, and iOS that some people move to when support or updates stall on another tool. Disclosure: we're the team behind it, so take that with appropriate salt.
If he doesn't contact you and the app isn't getting the updates you expect, you could also try out superwhisper. I'm not affiliated with them, but I happened to run into the app when searching for similar features and it has worked great so far. There are constant updates and it integrates with any AI API you might have.
