Looking for a platform that will sync my inventory quantity across multiple platforms (etsy and ebay) VIA SKU. I do not want to need to ship through that platform for this feature.
Any point in the right direction would be great. I have grown a lot and ship roughly 1000 packages a month. Just tried ship station but I need to ship through ship station in order for my quantities to sync.

Maybe try looking at something like ChannelAdvisor or Sellbrite - they can handle inventory sync without forcing you to use their shipping. I used similar setup for a friend's small business and it worked pretty well without needing to change the shipping workflow
I will look into this thank you!
I will look check out Sumtracker, thank you!
Just ebay and Etsy currently. Looking to expand into Amazon and TikTok in the future.

I think Sumtracker does this?
What are all the channels you're syncing? Just Ebay and Etsy?
i use sellbrite, it works for my need
At that volume, a google sheet and some lookups should do the trick. Can probably automate the report ingestion fairly simply, too.
We used finale inventory for many years, they are good but some of the UI is more difficult than it needs to be, they got purchased by a PE firm last year and jacked the prices up, but something you can look into as it will sync everything you need. We ended up getting a custom build done, we were spending over $10K a year with finale and built our own for half that.
Backtrack for some crucial information here - you're looking to sync to etsy and ebay but what are you currently tracking your inventory in?
Cin7 Core is an inventory management software that has native integrations to both etsy and ebay. They are worth checking out.
Trunk is the relatively new kid on the block, focused exclusively on inventory sync right now, so it will probably be among the easiest/cheapest to work with: https://www.trunkinventory.com/ As already mentioned, Sellbrite is another one. It's been around a lot longer, and includes a lot more features, including listing functionality. Still reasonably priced.
