Budget-friendly Sendoso alternatives

so our sendoso contract is up for renewal and I just got the quote. not going to share exact numbers but I will say I had to read it twice because I thought there was a mistake. we're a 40 person startup. we are not running enterprise scale gifting campaigns. we send birthday stuff, welcome kits, and the occasional thank you gift. that's it. I like sendoso honestly, the product is good and the team has been helpful. but the pricing is clearly built for companies way bigger than us and I can't keep justifying it to our CFO. he's already asked me twice why we're paying what we're paying for ""gift logistics."" looking for alternatives that do the basics well without the enterprise price tag. ideally something where we're paying for what we use rather than access to features we've never opened. what are other small teams using?

We went through the exact same thing. Loved sendoso but the renewal pricing felt like it was built for a company ten times our size. Ended up not renewing
Cash is great but I also think there's value in this type of merch that people can choose. When someone wears a company jacket on a zoom call because they actually chose it and like it, that does something cash doesn't. Depends on what you're optimizing for I guess.

It's mostly apparel and accessories so if you need food gifts or custom assembled kits it won't cover that. For branded merch and wearable stuff it's solid though.

have you looked at swaggy shop? no platform fees at all, you just pay markup on the items. It has less features but we weren't using those features anyway so it was an easy call.
Goody is unlimited seats, pricing depends on # employees but will run you 1/10th Sendoso's fee. Cute gifts too
