Basically just the title. I don't need something to block apps or lock down my phone, just something that will say "hey, your screen time is now 2 hours for the day". Is there such a thing, because all that I'm finding are the apps that block other apps and lock your phone down etc. Thanks!

Microsoft has something. Not sure if it would work for you though.
