We recently started a Shopify store selling organic seasonal fruits in India. Mostly mangoes right now, custard apple and a few others through the year. Every 6-8 weeks the whole catalog turns over because the next fruit is in season and the last one is gone. Honestly it's an operational nightmare. Stock changes daily, sometimes hourly. Customers DM asking about ripeness, whether the fruit is from a specific place. SEO never gets fully done. Product photos are always one season behind. Every season I tell myself I'll get organised and every season I don't. Tried using Sidekick a few times. But not enough Specifically wondering if anyone has found AI tools that: Let you update catalog and inventory from your phone, like just messaging the assistant "Alphonso out of stock" instead of opening Shopify admin Run weekly audits on the store (SEO, missing alt text, slow movers, broken stuff) without you having to remember to run them Work over WhatsApp or Telegram or something you're already in all day, not another dashboard you have to log into We're rarely in front of a laptop during season, mostly at warehouses and managing supplies, so anything that needs us to sit down and open Shopify admin doesn't really work. Anyone found anything that helps manage your operations?

Sidekick is too slow and needs constant saves of product updates. You can use the Claude MCP to update everything automatically. If you set up an agent it can run those updates from another system.

Which AI agent are you using ? I noticed Shopify offers Hermes support.

Claude is good. I’m looking for VA like agent so it carries out task on schedules autonomously.

Ah got it. For me that’s still a Claude web app. Easy to do most of that. I would have to think about the instructions. But I’ve got another Claude app that I built that can take instructions from a WhatsApp message. You might be happier with a person. In fact thinking about it, for some people I work with I think I’m the person 😂

How would I start?
Outside of Claude or Codex/ChatGPT apps, I doubt you'd find anything that runs like an agent the way you're looking for. I've looked into it to manage our business and the options are basically Openclaw/Hermes/custom.
MCP setup isn't exactly plug and play for someone managing warehouse logistics during season. Good suggestion but worth flagging the technical lift involved before they go down that road.
Yea, I pull everything from GSC weekly, and already have all of the posts/pages local as markdown. Then use an agent to optimize the posts/pages, and sync back up, using spectersync.com
Used it for some inside statistics I couldn’t see in default Shopify analytics but stopped using it completely right after using shopitrack.app/ Other than that, sidekicks db searches can be pretty useful

It can be done with Shopify api and few third party tools to connect gsc, social. not 100% automated though.
You could install an AI agent on ur computer and connect to it via WhatsApp or Telegram and it would do all of that. I do that for business happy to help.
Don't use ai, ai not fully 100% work can make mistake, you need va that consistent
