So this is a big question and I know it's quite a few moving parts working together, but we need to implement a customer hub/trade portal on a Shopify wholesale store on a Growth plan (not Shopify Plus). These pictures are a rough idea of what is wanted (apologies if links aren't allowed, it's quite difficult to articulate this into words): Part A: https://imgur.com/a/2KckNnH So Part A is the dashboard where a credit widget is visible letting customers see how much credit they have available and when next payment must be made, plus some additional information like orders that are live and saved quotes. Below that is self explanatory in the recent activity which shows delivered or dispatched orders and their payment status. What I'm unsure about is getting that £x credit info from Quickbooks online onto the customer's account details. It's preferable to have all of the numbers on Quickbooks credit can be tracked in one place alongside orders, payments etc. instead of having customer tags. Part B: https://imgur.com/E7q7X44 Part B is a quotation dashboard where a cart is converted into a saved quote (Not confirmed order) so the customer can refer back to that list of parts rather than having to rebuild their quotes again if they need to make any other carts. With this they can be confirmed which creates a price lock for 28 days where the customer can convert the quotation into an order without any price changes. Part C: https://imgur.com/LFhKOQQ Somewhat self explanatory is seeing active orders which links through quickbooks checking the payment method, when payment is due etc. Part D: https://imgur.com/mStlkFA Part D is where customers can download their invoices which are generated from Quickbooks and can refer back to it whenever needed rather than contacting us to send the invoice. This is another part I'm unsure about implementing because if the invoices are uploaded as a file in the content section, theoretically anyone could access them with a lucky guess. Part E: https://imgur.com/3HjphnK This is where customers can see a more detailed view of their credit account by seeing orders, payments, credits etc. preferably linked via quickbooks again. So overall this is a rough idea of what needs to be implemented on this website which gives our customers an easy way to view all of their important details. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

You didn’t ask a question. What’s your question? Have you started development on this? What have you successfully implemented so far? What are the blockers for the remaining implementation? Why are you using Shopify for this? This is a SaaS software you’re trying to build, by the way. Shopify isn’t the right tool for this.

We built something similar for a customer who wasn't on Plus. You would need a custom app or public app. Seeing what you want, a custom app would be better. Invoices could be emailed from QBO. If you want to link them, you need to store them somewhere (outside of Shopify). If you are not a developer or you don't have the time for this, hire somebody good. Since I see GBP, you are probably located in the UK, so try and find somebody nearby. Be ready to drop a few Sterling on this. Feel free to DM me if you want to know more details about what's involved. It can help you make a scope to get decent quotes.
This is pretty thought out and I would suggest dumping your entire post into AI and ask for options. That's what I did. Basically you need a wholesale app and maybe a data sync app to connect to QBO. Have you begun looking into wholesale apps? That would be my first step.
