Hello, can anyone help me find the right app? We're looking for a productivity app on android and preferably usable on pc or in the browser too. We would like to work in the same to-do lists, make list of things we like together or would want to do and see together, but also to get more productive in our lives. It would help me organise and help my partner with seeing and noticing things she could do (like watering plants, making appointments, buying gifts, doing chores). We would like a sort of Kanban app with the option of extra lists for things listed above. Does anyone know an app like that?

It doesn’t have a sharing function unfortunately, but I really like Goblin Tools. It includes a suite of functions that are are specifically intended for people who struggle with executive function
Try the free Todoist app. It's very versatile and can adapt to different styles. You can create lists of tasks and assign priority levels, deadlines, and notes for each task. It can also integrate with other apps and platforms. Just remember that an app alone can't solve the problem, it's a tool to support the process.
