Is there an app out there like Opal, that can work like this...? Set up... Use limit: 15 Minutes Cool down Time: 5 minutes Then... I use the app for 12 minutes Leave for 5 minutes, or more, and come back Use up to another 15 minutes Currently, the blocking apps I have used will only reset after you fully use 15 minutes. I think if there was an app with this feature I would feel rewarded for walking away early instead of scrolling until I get stopped. Thanks for any suggestions!

You could try Achieve! - similar concept where you have a bank of earned time that you spend down. The difference being you don't get the time "for free" but rather you have to earn it. So you earn 15 minutes by doing something on your to do list, then you can spend 12 minutes and still have 3 minutes left.

Thats a cool idea. An app that acts like a usage battery, charged by inactivity. I havent heard of any apps like this, interested to see if its been implemented before.

Stay Focused. If you use up your assigned time the app will be blocked for a certain period, but if you stop using app by then it will eventually refill
