Non-AI, simple chat app for my store - does it exist?

I am struggling to find a simple chat app for Shopify. I just want people to be able to click a message bubble and send a quick question (that I can reply to myself), and have a set of FAQs there as well to click on when they open the chat bubble. I don't want an AI chatbot, I don't want any complex branching or if/thens, or forms, or any of that stuff. I basically just want like a little DM inbox on my store. Am I insane? I have tried Shopify Inbox and it would be almost perfect, if the customization options weren't so limited. And trying to change it via code has been atrocious. I've tried a couple other apps too, but they go WAY above what I want, and they use AI. Can someone point me in the right direction? Or tell me if I'm just delusional maybe? Thank you sm

Yes, the colors for one, but also - the fonts, messaging, size of bubble, corner shape, when it appears, etc. It seems silly that the only thing I can really do is change button/background color and default icon/text.

Bro I literally just want it to be the same font as my website (which it should already do, but it's not), make it a lil smaller (because it's blocking BUY BUTTONS!!), and change "Chat with us" to just "Chat" (because there's no "us", it's just me). I'm not trying to trick it out or do anything just for aesthetics. You're also ignoring my main problem, which wasn't really visual style, but simple messaging functionality without AI. I'm a professional graphic designer and have been for 20+ years, so I fully understand what you're saying and have had super annoying clients worrying about point sizes and such, but you also completely assumed a bunch of stuff and are being entirely unhelpful. Would have been so much easier to just not comment. 🖤

I had just worked with it the day i made this post, but i think I'm going to have to try it again. It seems to be the most straightforward option without all the extra fluff.

what do you mean by the customization options being limited? like the colors and stuff?
This is the answer! and I think Shopify Inbox too. Disable all the AI stuff in it and you have a basic chat app.
Did you see the recent updates in the inbox app? Shopify might give you that for free now

Why does changing the visual style of it matter? If the functionality works, leave it as is and just move on with your life. So many people think that they are these genius designers, and in fact most "boring" looking stuff is that way for a reason. The person asking a question doesn't give a damn about your fancy font, they just want an answer.
