hello - we have a 15 character password policy PLUS 20 MINUTE idle screen lock policy PLUS 2nd auth (like finger print or pin) policy for my companys comps. when this came into play i literally zoomed or physically checked that this was all in place for each of our employees - that said - i'm looking for something that will report back if someone has removed this - do you guys use something that will do this? i'm having trouble finding something specifically for this.

Don't give your staff admin access, and they can't remove it. Active directory would have saved you countless hours zooming in to each employee laptop to check one by one. Hve you taken any IT courses? or are you just middle management trying to save a few bucks?
You have to rethink your security policies, they sound like they're made for compliance and rather than actual basis in real life
Configuration Management ftw. Usually companies will use policies create from some sort of CM tooling. Then, sometimes, they'll verify and auto apply if changed, etc. You'll have to research the tools that are applicable to the systems/OSs you administrate.
Obviously this policy was not applied to this Reddit account.
