USB and monitor phone

Basically a phone that has usb capability input output. A port for a cable from phone to monitor. Allowing using touch screen keyboard to control a computer display on monitor. Have a non digital “analogue” QWERTY keyboard akin to a blackberry with some kind of “etching bumps” for blind or disabled people with low to no vision. Forgot name of such thing. How the blind read. If this can be somehow minimised to take up say a blackberry size or bigger. Multiple options the usb phone. See raspberry pi-phone for prototype ideas. Can use usb to plug in a special keyboard for vision disabled. Or for smaller “blackberry option” without USB. USB mainly for functionality over multiple usb products. HDMI or monitor port type of input output to basically “throw” or even Miricast the screen display to a bigger screen monitor. This computer device could enable plug and play computing with device size starting around the size of a raspberry “pi-phone” or other alternative I may be unaware of. Still have “smart phone virtual screen keyboard” option for those that prefer not using a “click clack” keyboard and easy clean
