You're looking for a time lock phone case. It goes around your phone and only allows you to answer phone calls. I think they're about 30 bucks on Amazon. None of them have great reviews because people get frustrated when they can't end it early. You just set the time and then at the end of the time you can take it out of the case.

A while ago, I installed an alarm app on my phone to help me wake up earlier in the morning. Guess what happened? I woke up, turned off the alarm... and went right back to sleep. 😂 That made me realize something: once these kinds of tools can be disabled or turned off, they become useless. The same thing happens when you need to use your phone. You'll probably disable the app for a while, and before you know it, you're back on Instagram, X, or YouTube. So I think the real solution is to work on self-control rather than relying only on apps.

I feel like even if there is a perfect app for this, it will never work. As users can simply uninstall the app. I mean yes there are apps that can block you from uninstalling when blocked, but you can eventually uninstall later.
