Need to send email to customers for orders shipped outside the integrated logistics platform
Hi all, I am using postal service for sending few orders, so I need to send order shipped with custom tracking id ti my customers ? How can i send stand-alone/ independent shipping emails please guide. I need to send my customers the email. Thanks in advance…

You don't need a separate email - Shopify sends one when you fulfill manually. Open the order > Fulfill item > enter your postal tracking number and pick "Other" as the carrier if your service isn't listed > check "Send shipment details to your customer now." That fires the standard shipping confirmation with the tracking link. Are these all manual fulfillments, or are some already synced through your platform?
These are manual fulfilment. But problem with this is I can’t send order delivered email.
