I am looking to add gift messaging to checkout. Right now we add a note to the packing slip if a customer emails us after purchasing. Not ideal. The apps I have found let the customer create a digital gift message that is emailed to the recipient when the order is delivered. But I am looking for something my 3PL can print and include in the package when shipped. Maybe this does not exist? We are introducing more giftable products for Q4 and I think adding real gift messaging could add a good boost. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

There’s a native “note” section in Shopify, have you tried that. I have a handful of buyers use that each month. I think it seems sort of intuitive to the buyer, as I haven’t made any special awareness in my cart layout.
We do that now. Either the customer adds it, or we add the note if they email us post purchase. But it is only displayed as text on the packing slip. I am looking for something more like a nicely designed template for a card that they can add a message to. We would print it when we print the shipping label and packing slip and include it in their package.

We used something like infinite options for years.
