I am looking for screenshot apps. It always bothers me when I take a screenshot in my laptop, there is already built in function in the laptop provided by Microsoft to take screenshots but it's hard to save it. I want an app that can take screenshots quickly, I also want to transfer those those screenshots elsewhere like I want to send someone the screenshot in WhatsApp. It would be better if the app stores screenshots. Are there apps like these?are they popular? Any suggestions??

Try ShareX and Lightshot .
Hey, I've tried them all and Greenshot is an absolute winner for me. I have yet to find another app which will send the SceenShot to Word, Outlook etc. Very Handy
Hmm does your app automatically block things that you don't want to include
win+prtscrn does it as well
Try Greenshot .
When u Win + Shift + S, the screenshot is automatically in your clipboard and in “Screenshots” folder
Sharex
I have been building one, recently shipped v1.1 You get everything you expect from a screenshot app plus OCR, redact feature and latest update has a whiteboard as well. The app is free to download and try, buy a license with as low as $5 https://frame.minilabs.cc/
You can use this app for screenshots, grabbing/video record and annotation: FastStone Screen Capture. One time payment. Use forever with all future updates. Installed or portable app.
ShareX
sharex, have been using it for 3 years now, free on steam
ShareX for Windows, CleanShot for macOS But now I'm developing my own screenshot, same as ShareX or CleanShot, but instead of save to clipboard (or to file) or upload to host, it's used to send to my LLM. Exactly like TypingMind, but with screenshot feature and it shown as overlay, and also support multimodel.
Snagit is great
screencloud
Screenpresso works pretty fine too
Windows Key + Shift + S is very fast and saves instantly and copies to your clipboard at the same time. Greenshot in a fine alternative if thats not good enough.
If you don't mind paying for it, I love Techsmith's Snagit.
PicPick is very handy.
FlameShot?
For windows? Lightshot is the best!
Try www.cull.live
Snipaste
I've seen ShareX, Lightshot, Greenshot... many felt super bulky and that's why I developed Screen Cap'n. It's super lightweight, free, absolutely private and open source. I won't say it's the best, but would surely appreciate anyone trying it and sending feedback to improve. I you try it, let me know! https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9nshvd8xn8vh
