Anyone know a decent alternative to Mixline?
I have found a few that would probably work, like Virtual Audio Cable, however I'd like something that has the same ease of use and "easy to see what's going on" (if that make sense) as Mixline and Virtual Audio Cable is not it.

Virtual Audio Cable is the basic offering from VB-Audio. This dev has a more advanced app called Voicemeeter. Still, what's your problem with Mixline?
Voicemeeter is still a bit too complex for my likings unfortunately. Some missing features and some bugs that I still don't understand. Missing feature: An "all but". Basically, I don't want to have to put literally every single program on Mixline. I'd like one node that is "Everything but others added" so that every app default to going to some place except if I manually add another. I suggested this feature long ago and multiple time but it never got added. Bugs: I've had an occasion where I couldn't edit node anymore or the volume or else all would break. The most basic I could do was add a node and connect it but if I tried anything else all would break. Never understood why and it only fixed itself when I changed computers. Not even a re-install fixed it. Since then I've had inconsistent, similar bugs albeit not as "game"-breaking. Honestly I'd like to find something that is as simple to use but is more supported and possibly offer more function. If something as simple as Mixline that can offer possibility similar to Blender's Node, that would be awesome. I imagine a program that is exactly like Mixline, but works in a way of adding input and output node similar to Blender's Geo-Node. You could just plug your input audio straight to an output audio but also add some nodes in between to either mix multiple input into one noodle and add some filters or effect with other functioning nodes. That could be awesome.
Your exclusionary approach can be achieved with EarTrumpet alone. First, set the default audio output device. Then launch the apps you wish to exclude and have EarTrumpet either mute them or change their output device. Voicemeeter only comes in handy if you intend to: Mix two audio inputs Mix one or two audio inputs with audio output Redirect some app's audio output to another app's audio input A combination of the above
