I've been looking for an app that looks up-to-date (M3 Expressive) and has a widget to control media playing from any source, like Spotify or Yt music. There's only like one option on the Playstore and I was wondering if maybe there's more options

Op wants a music player widget. They don't want to control other devices.

Search material widgets or use kwgt to make/import your own widgets.
