The title is maybe a bit vague but let me try to explain. I am using Raindrop (for weblinks), iCloud Photo Library (for screenshots, 9Gag or Tiktok saves), Safari bookmarks (for frequent visits), Apple Notes / Reminders (for quick things) and a Download folder for everything else. Then everything gets done, or distributed to Paperless, Obsidian, tasks and archives. The thing is: I have so many places I loose track. I'd like to have one big bin to collect everything! From there I can distribute. It would be awesome if (local) AI can tag or name everything to help categorize. Is there such a tool?

I would recommend collecting all of it in Obsidian first. Maybe in a temporary Inbox folder, using Obsidian webclipper. You can use something like Ignis to convert Obsidian into a web app
