Is there software like Revo Registry Cleaner but for unused or junk files and folders? I've been using Revo Uninstaller to clean up my storage, and I noticed I had a ton of old files and folder from old apps way before I was using Revo Uninstaller to uninstall. I did my best to remove a bunch but I'm oretty sure there are still a lot scattered around file manager and some obscure folders.

Check out SpaceSniffer or WinDirStat. They give you a visual treemap of your drive so you can easily spot giant leftover folder from uninstalled apps in C:\Users<Username>\AppData\Local or Roaming and deleted them manually.

Have you tried the built in one? Cleanmgr

WizTree or TreeSize Free will show you exactly what's eating space folder-by-folder, so you can spot the old leftover app folders manually much safer than an automated "clean everything" tool for stuff like that. Manual folder cleanup from old uninstalls is mostly a "look in Program Files and AppData" job though, no tool fully automates that part. For the general junk/temp file side of things, BleachBit works well, or NexaCleaner Pro (what I built) covers similar ground one-time purchase instead of subscription if that matters to you.

Remove Empty Directories (RED) tool is very useful. https://www.jonasjohn.de/red.htm
