How to make my PC inaccessible between 12:00AM-6:00AM?

I've had a lot of struggles lately of staying up too late on my PC. I tried to use native Windows commands to shut off my computer at 12:00AM but I've started avoiding that by just logging back in right after. I tried making it so that my computer shuts off every 15 minutes AFTER 12:00AM but it doesnt seem to work. I'm trying to find some free program or something I can use to make my PC inaccessible when I'm supposed to be sleeping. Apparently there's a program called Cold Turkey but it's $45 so I'm curious if anyone has had any experience with any free options. I also have the same problem on my Mac laptop (so I need a solution there, too.)

Many wifi routers have parental controls that can turn off internet to designated devices at scheduled times.

BIOS-level password on boot is your nuclear option, but honestly just unplugging it or putting the PC in another room is simpler if you're serious about sleep discipline. If you want something in-between, Windows has scheduled shutdown scripts that you could automate nightly.
Power off the mac at 11:00 AM, put it in a cupboard, lock it. Stick the key inside the tank of your WC. Don't worry it wont get flushed.
I use ahero. I basically lock my computer till 2pm. All distracting sites are blocked till then. It is hard to by pass. So i do all my important work in the morning. It works on pc and mac.
Remove the power cord from both monitor and cpu and lock it away or give it to someone who can hold u accountable
