A construction consultant here running a startup. Currently using Claude for brainstorming angles and summarizing campaign findings. I have also set up GA 4 for website performance, Search Console for rankings and clicks, Ahrefs for keyword tracking and Looker Studio for client dashboards. The setup works, but the data is fragmented. I still spend considerable time exporting spreadsheets, matching campaign links, removing duplicates, and explaining why GA4, Search Console and client CRM numbers do not fully align. What I really need is one of those marketing analytics tools that can combine channel performance, attribution, organic visibility, leads and reporting without requiring constant manual cleanup. What are you paying for that has genuinely saved time or improved decision-making?

Segmetrics and Triplewhale have both been solid for me for different reasons, and different costs. It depends on how complicated your overall stack is and how many channels you operate on. Looker Studio is free, if you're willing to do the work as well.

These tools cover most of my needs, but none is truly all-in-one. GA4 is useful for website behavior and event tracking, though attribution is often confusing and the interface takes time to learn. I find Ahrefs good for keyword research, backlinks and competitor visibility, but it doesn’t connect SEO activity directly to revenue. Supermetrics is prob the biggest time-saver for pulling ad and social data into one place. The downside is that messy campaign naming still creates messy reports. HubSpot stands out for connecting campaigns and closed revenue but the pricing jumps quickly once you need advanced reporting or automation. AppsFlyer is strong for mobile attribution, web-to-app journeys, deep links and cross-channel measurement. Its reporting is reliable, but implementation can be technical and it may be overkill without significant app traffic. I’d combine Supermetrics, HubSpot and GA4 rather than chase one perfect platform. If attribution is a thing for you, add appsflyer to your list.

Semrush helped simplify some of the SEO/competitor tracking side without constantly jumping between tools. Still use GA4 and Search Console, but it saves some time.
