Lots of banks have automatic transfers built in. Have you tried setting that up? It’s more of a fintech feature though so you may need to be using some newer banks like Chime, Envelope, SoFi, etc. You could also check your payroll provider to see if they let you split up and do multiple direct deposits. There’s also routing software like Sequence that’s built for routing transfers between institutions.
I just have my direct deposit from work set up to deposit into three different accounts that are with three different institutions. Think $1000 to HYSA, $500 to a credit union account and the remainder into my main checking account. I think the payroll software would have let me do percentages too. Most payroll systems should let you set up something similar.
If you bank with Sofi, it does have an option to transfer money every time a direct deposit hits. But with chase and other regular banks there isn't this option. The best you can do I do auto weekly transfer on the day you get paid
