pc and android library managing app?

i want to have manage a library of books, movies/shows and games, that i can access easily from both my laptop (windows 10) and android, "tonkatsu box" is a very good app but i have to manually sync my library from a device to another every time i change smth, so its kinda annoying, what do yall think?
